Buff Vanilla Pudding

I am constantly looking for ways to satisfy my sweet tooth, without sabotaging my healthy eating routine. Luckily, I happen crave the healither treats like my sunflower seed butter and banana snack. That being said - a girl likes a real, rich and creamy bite every now and then.
This recipe is sure to nip that craving in the behind - but the proof is in the pudding - check it out for yourself!

Blend: 1 cup of chickpeas, 1 banana, 1 scoop of @vega_team Vanilla Protein & Greens, 3/4 cup of organic unsweetened almond milk. Throw in the fridge for a few hours for a thicker more ice-cream-like texture - or enjoy right out of your mixer! (Watch the blade - almost cut my tongue 😬). Garnished with baked blueberries and cinnamon. Don't eat this if you like yummy stuff that is filled with nutrients!!! FYI recipe makes 2 servings.
Macros:Protein 16g, Carbs: 33g, Fat: 2.5g Fibre: 6.5g, Cal: 221 So easy to make and yummy to eat!
Buff Chocolate Pudding

Blend: 150 g of steamed sweet potato, 1 scoop of @vega_team Chocolate Protein & Greens, 1/4 cup of chocolate almond milk, 1/4 cup of water. Fridge it for ice-cream texture or don't! Garnished with Organic Quinoa Puffs & banana.
Macros - Protein: 11.5 g, Carb: 22.5g, Fat: 1g, Fibre: 4 g, Cals: 146 -- so with macros like that, you really can't afford not to eat the entire thing - but the recipe makes two servings if you're into sharing. ;)
